Human rights are the rights every human deserves. Basic human rights are freedom of speech, freedom of press, innocent until proven guilty, etc. The concept of human rights is that everyone should be treated equal and everyone should have certain rights no matter what. Everyone is born free and should be treated as such.

I believe the human rights should be violated if the lives of many others are in danger, or if it endangers the human rights of others. I believe you should treat everyone equal and as if they were free unless they do one of those things and are in the act of harming others or could potentially hurt others.
